Staff very friendly and helpful. Close to shopping malls and restaurants. Good security. Nice clean pool and sufficient daily complimentary breakfast

Billiards table didn't have sticks. Restaurant not open unless convention being held.

I have stayed here many times and the general condition of the room is tiered. They used to have fridges in the room and tea and coffee facilities, but not any more. Really basic. 2 bonuses close to Robinson mall and it has a clean pool. The staff are always friendly and helpful. Good parking with security guards. The owner needs to upgrade the decor and bring back the fridge and coffee facilities. Breakfast was okay and I asked for an omelette and it was freshly made so a positive note.
