Boracay Haven Resort

I had a really great stay at this hotel. The facilities, rooms, and location are all very good, and everything looks exactly like it does in the photos which I really appreciate. The food is also good (I’d rate it around 8/10), but what truly stood out to me was the staff. They are exceptional. I genuinely felt like a VIP throughout my stay. I’ve been to other hotels, even luxury ones, but this is the first time I’ve experienced this level of customer service. They were incredibly kind, attentive, and proactive. Even without asking, they would anticipate what I needed and offer help right away. It’s rare to come across staff who are this warm and thoughtful, THEY ARE TOP TIER. Another plus is the price. Compared to neighboring hotels, it’s actually quite affordable. The hotel also isn’t crowded, which makes the whole experience more peaceful and relaxing. The swimming pool is cleaned daily, and we even had moments where we could enjoy it all to ourselves. Location-wise, it’s very convenient, just about a 3-minute walk to the beach and around 7 minutes to dmall. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel, especially because of the outstanding staff. They truly made the experience unforgettable.

All the staff was amazing. Young lady at front desk (forgot her name) morning shift, made sure my transport back to port was secured. If not for her, I may have missed my flight.

Location to the beach. Staff very nice and friendly. Basic hotel but comfortable and pleasant.

The staff was very accommodating and friendly. The room was spacious and balcony is really good features. I enjoy the breakfast by the pool too.

The staff are amazing. They are very polite and helpful. Not a single staff I have met did not greet my family

The breakfast is not that something to impress, however the staff are very attentive

We had an exceptional stay, thanks to the remarkable staff and exquisite dining. The team demonstrated professionalism, warmth, and genuine care, ensuring every detail was attended to. The culinary experience was equally impressive. Each dish was thoughtfully prepared, beautifully presented, and full of flavor. The combination of attentive service and outstanding cuisine made our visit truly memorable. We look forward to returning.
