Great stay at Mua Tala. The views are out of this world, all the staff are friendly and helpful, everything was super clean. Everything did close up early and it’s fairly out the way so great for a quiet stay but maybe not for you if you want lots of choices and bustle although a transfer was easy and cheap. Would highly recommend

"Stunning hotel, frustrating beach facilities full of non paying guests"

The hotel is stunning, amazing views from room and balcony of the bay and sea. Rooms are lovely. They come and get your bags from the road entrance if you tell them in advance, as the hotel is only accessible via the beach.

The staff at the beach bar are rude and incredibly slow. There are beanbags and deck chairs at the beach outside of the property, but they can be used by the public. So, by the time we got our room and checked in - there were no deckchairs left for us. This was very frustrating as it was full with people that were not staying at the hotel or paying, whereas we were but couldn’t use the facilities.

Everything was perfect about this stay. Great room, view, location. There are a lot of stairs, so you need to be ok with that. Loved the place.

Beautiful quality rooms and very attentive, friendly service through out the hotel. There is the most spectacular veiw out over the beach and ocean from the rooms and all public areas. Watching stunning sunsets from the pool was a highlight. The Beach Shack downstairs is a great place for a casual lunch or dinner & drinks, with lots of choices. Plenty of sun lounges & chairs on the beachfront & the complimentary use of paddle boards & kayaks was fantastic. We truly loved our stay & didnt find the many stairs to the room too taxing.

The staff there were SO helpful. I fell ill and they were quick to help. They even did a pharmacy run for me as I was unable to. Went above and beyond for us. Thank you Marlo
