The place is easily accesible

The exhaust fan is so loud as if there was helicopter inside. The room is so smelly (cigar smoke) and very dusty

Walking distance to Rizal Stadium/Coliseum. Has plenty of fastfood shops around. Has it's own Mama V cafe, and several "silog" shops accross the road. Hotel is clean, not necessarily new. I had access to Netflix, using pre-logged in account.
