La limpieza y las áreas comunes.

No tenían vueltos en efectivo. Me habían dado un billete en muy mal estado y en la recepción no hacían nada para resolver esa situación. Insistí varias veces y siempre la misma respuesta, hasta que le devolvieron vueltos a un cliente delante mío y no tenían otra opción que cambiarle el billete. El transporte al aeropuerto llegó con más de 15 minutos de retraso. El desayuno muy básico y el restaurante un poco costoso.

Muy bonitas las instalaciones

No hay un personal que ayude con las maletas, en mi caso cargaba varias y además andaba con una niña pequeña y aún así no hubo nadie que me ayudara. La TV no tenía ni cable ni mucho menos internet, tampoco había conectores eléctricos, había solo uno y ahí estaba conectada la nevera. La comida es muy cara.

Muy buen restaurante y el servicio de traslado al aeropuerto me sorprendió, pensé que tenía un costo extra y no, salió puntual

La habitación no tenía vista al exterior, pero no me importó porque solo pasé una noche
