Buenos días, viaje con mi grupo familiar: 3 adultos y 2 niños. Desde el primer día quede encantada con la atención del personal de restaurante, chicos muy atentos, amables, siempre con una sonrisa, preguntando como está la comida. 20 ptos para ellos.

La recepción, primero estuve unos minutos en la entrada, tocando un intercomunicador algo deteriorado, y segundo esperaba una recepción con un protocolo de bienvenida diferente, que mostrara sus instalaciones y sonrieran más.

"Clean and friendly staff."

The staff at the hotel was very friendly. The food was good and the arepas were delicious.

I couldn’t pay dinner with my credit card. I had to use cash ( $$$)
