Super nice staff, big room, clean pool, good check-in&out

The restaurant is really not the best / also the breakfast is less good than anywhere else on the island. (the 5.0 rating on google is not believable)

The room is huge! The staff is very nice, tasty food at the restaurant.

The bathroom was a bit small comparing to the room. There were some problems with the drainage.

the girls at Daluyong absolutely saved our lives after our initial booking was completely horrible and unexpected. they were so accommodating, cleaned our room whenever we left so perfectly, set up all of the external activities we did including providing scooter rental. the location was perfect and right on the beach.

took a long time for the water to get hot but understandable!

I found the location great, there were some nice restaurants in the area within walking distance of the resort. The hotel is quiet, the plants are nice. The staff overall was very friendly and accommodating. Really nice people and they make the stay nice and friendly. The food menu is ok with lots of options.

The room itself was: - not in great state of maintenance - the toilet seat was loose - the shower, old, dirty and lots of mould - lots of cracks and cosmetic maintenance wasn't great - loose cup holder just randomly thrown somewhere in the bathroom instead of where it's supposed to be - very small safe, doesn't hold a laptop and no safe at the reception means you are on your own - the beds small and pillows not very comfortable - the beddings were kind of old The pool was very small (but ok), the beach of the hotel is quite dirty. They rent out motorcycles which are owned by the hotel owners which are in a poor condition (seat ripped, not in good shape) at higher prices than other places. This was finally fixed by the helpful staff which got newer motorcycles from an external vendor at a more reasonable price. Pool table at reception is in very poor state, pockets are ripped, pool cues are non functional besides one. I think rating it as 4 star is not making much sense - it should be rated as 3 stars. There were better hotels in the area at similar prices.

Our room's toilet got stuck in an overnight stay.

Great boutique resort in a good location. The food there was amazing and the staff were very kind.
