staff helpful, proximity of the location

door card key was not functioning, they gave me a key instead... you can hear the noise in the hallway... exhaust fan in the cr is kinda noisy

Great location at the heart of Los Baños. Perfect for those who need to be close to UPLB and other offices around the UPLB area. Hotel staff were helpful and friendly and gave us an early check-in for free.

The food choices at Cafe Enrico at the hotel's lobby could be improved. There is another cafe, Cafe Ella, in front of the mall, which has better food choices.

"Was a decent hotel for the price and unfortunately not a lot of choice"

Spacious and good location Internet was good as well the tv

We had two adults and two children during our stay but only two beds,there was a spare bed but needed too pay an additional 700 pesos for sheets
