"Our stay is fine except I can't communicate my family overseas, Wi-Fi signal is terrible."

Breakfast is ok, location just ok not far from the port. Room is spacious.

Very friendly staff, and perfect location. Nice breakfast as well.

I think the air conditioner didn't work for us. We couldn't set it to lower temperature so it gets warmer in the room when we stay inside for hours.

"Terrible emegency handling."

Except for the friendly staff, nothing as we were not able to stay in the property as we are moved to a cheaper location that is only one third of the price of what we paid yet we still paid the full price of this hotel.

How they handle the emergency they had with the electirical issue. While it is understandable that we were relocated due to building electrical issue it is not understandable that in the entire duration of our stay we were placed on an inn with only toilet and room as facility. In most emergency caeses where guest has to be relocated, it has to be a location that offers the same ammenities as that hotel have. That location didnt even have a hygien kit to begin wiith. There is no shower heater so we have to endure the very cold water during baths. The toilet doesnt have bedit nor a toilet paper. The towels are like rugs as they are very hard on skin.
