Hotel Lourdes

A simple hotel in the middle of city center. Very friendly and helpful staff, even woke up and help with the 5am taxi to airport.

Location was good. Some staff were good others not so good. JM was excellent. Quiet.

Breakfast … we ended up not eating here after our first meal. Very limited selection. The fact they charged me for an extra pillow. Not cool.

The staff were great. Location was perfect as it is close to the city. There is a tricycle for mobility if you want to see the city. We hired a van to take and show us around Laoag and Vigan. The tour guide/ driver knows a lot of places to take us and some were not listed on the "Must See" like Bojeador Lighthouse, Wind Mills, Rock formation, Pagudpud. Vigan is a nice city to visit. Next time, we will stay overnight, as we only did a day trip. Full of rich history - Juan Luna, Crisologo Museum, Dona Josefa Edralin Marcos' exhibit, Madam Imelda's home, the museum where the remains of the late President Marcos we housed prior to his burial in Libingan ng mga Bayani. Ilocos is full of history and we enjoyed our visit here. 4 to 5 days is about right to see the place.

I didn't like the bathroom shower area the water slowed to emerse down, you should do something and get rid of that, also people make noise at the hallway although I'm still sleeping till 9am but I could still hear them talking so loud

the breakfast was nice and always on time. location was great right near everything.

Good location, reasonable price, and accommodating staff

None that I don’t like specifically but enhancement like a common area for working / study with good WiFi would be good, blower in the bathroom and issuance of receipts would be nice.
