The unit was very clean, and fresh linens. It's nice to have an option to prepare our own food and use thier kitchen utensils and such. The location is perfect.

There was a smell coming out of the bathroom floor drain. I just covered it with a rug and that seems to solved the smell issue.

Location and sunrise view were amazing, almost complete facilities

The heater was ok but the showerhead is old and water flow can't be adjusted, the tv only has limited channels, there's no extra blanket for the pullout bed

The elevator too slow and it will take time to reach our room.

The location is near SM, Rooms are clean and comfortable and wifi is works well. Everything went well, can't wait to come back.

Recent reviews here made me doubt booking this unit. Fortunately, I decided to push it through and the contact person didn't disappoint me. - Beds are thick and comfy, and lots of pillows available. Good for 4 adults. - Aircon is great. Made us sleep well. - Wifi is consistent and great for remote work/study. - Fast transaction in the help desk. The owner catered all my queries and requests as long as they are possible and reasonable. - Location is in front of SM Cebu city which is along the way of jeepneys, taxis, and buses. - Great city view. Noise can be blocked through the closed sliding door and curtains. - The room is and smells clean as soon as we entered in it. There's elevators/lift to reach our room. it's bigger than what I imagined and surprisingly just enough for us to sleep and cook. - TV works well too. - Love the kitchenette! There's a rice cooker, induction cooker, pan, electric kettle, tablewares good for 2-3 pax. We were able to cook and save there for our side trips. We just sat on the beds during meal time and we didn't mind. - Quality white bath towels - 1 gallon of drinking water (still full) was provided - plastics hung for wastes on the left side before the refrigerator - Refrigerator works well too (seems new), there's also dishwashing liquid and sponge. - Bathroom is clean. I suggest you bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste, scrub/ sponge and, soap. Gladly we did. - Information during emergencies or if there is a need to fix in the unit through a professional were attached on the wall before you reach the bedroom. - Dinning table is only good as extension for kitchen.

I'd say, these are things that can be improved in unit 1802: - Both blankets preferably be thicker than the standard size and width since the room gets colder than expected through the AC. Only 1 double sized comforter-style blanket, and 1 standard thin blanket is only available. - Add kitchen wares like spatula, solid spoon or laddle, tong, chopping board, and/or cooking pot. The exhaust fan in the kitchen seems like it doesn't work. It's fine since there's a sliding window going to the balcony that can be opened. - Toiletries available is only good for 2. - Room slippers and bathroom sleepers are suggested to be different. Currently, it only has 2 room slippers and one of it leaves black mark on the floor if it gets wet from the bathroom. - 4 kitchen chairs were moved at the other side of the bed so we can pull out the lower bed. We didn't use the chairs that much. I suggest removing them if they are not requested/used. - Guide for the shower (when and how to do cold or hot chower). The heater machine seems older.
