"Good room, bad water"

Staff were very accomodating. The room was very spacious ans clean. They assisted me in moving to new room when the AC broke.

The water has a strong odor.

Smelly bathroom, stinky water, no sufficient bath towel upon request. Extra charges upon any request. Common refrigerator and kitchen for whole hotel.

the location is in the center of all of our trips in Bantayan. The room is very spacious.

The water that they use is deep well. It gives off a smell when we use water and its unpleasant.

"It was a great experience staying in this hotel, also there rooms are quite spacious. Good value for money."

The location and its cleanliness. The staffs are very accommodating as well. They also provide a pick up service from the port to the hotel.

No mini fridge inside the rooms. It would’ve been better if there is one.

"Exceptional"

Yes it was huge for my family and friends. The staffs are so friendly and very considerate. They're kind and willing to work on our requests.

No hot water or it was deffective during our stay. Wifi is not that strong so I need to go to the concierge area to get the wifi connection for work.
