Sandscape Hotel

Spacious rooms, we had the deluxe room and the triple room on the street side. Location is good, grocerie and beach nearby, everything in walking distance. Big kitchen on ground floor so you can prepare food for yourself, like breakfast. If price per night would be 1000 php, than the price would fit the condition of the hotel.

Rooms need renovation. Everything is a little run down, but still kind of acceptable, if you don't have high expectations. The bathroom works in general but the water heater need refurbishment, since it not working probably.

The bed is comfortable. The location is great, near the beach and walking distance to the market. Quite and nice area. Near the port. Staff is helpful and kind. Price is reasonable. Good for family bonding

Kitchen is dirty and plenty of ants. Utensils are rusted and dirty. Please get rid of the rusted utensils. They are dangerous to our health. The windows, walls, floors and celings of the the kitchen needs to be cleaned and detailed. Dust and dirt are visible.

The location of the hotel is near the Bantayan Beach. It is walkable but if you are not into walking you can easily hail a cab for 20php or 15php. The family room is spacious enough and clean.

Poor the Cleanliness. Smell is so awful, and I get sick. I just slept for 1 night, and I still pay 3 nights and went to other accommodation because I can't stand the smell and dirty bedsheets.

Big spacious room feels fresh and has a good AC. Love the balcony. The staff are amazing and always did their best to be of assistance during our stay. They also helped with renting motor bikes.

Nothing, will definitely return here next time we stay in Bantayan.
