早餐还不错

公共拖鞋不太卫生，我们穿完之后脚很痒，然后每次进屋需要换鞋特别麻烦，希望可以改进。然后刚入住的时候，我们提了 2 个行李箱，特别重，对于提行李箱的不太友好，需要抬到二楼，希望有男士负责抬行李。 入住第一天说有欢迎茶水，我们说我们要出去，晚点再喝，但是晚点好像也没和我们说。然后我们在一楼说要点菜单需要看菜单，等了半天菜单也没给我们，还是我们自己去问才有，体验有点糟糕，不要被小红书上忽悠来订这里。 位置来说不算很好，有点偏，打车要花的钱不太合算，总体我觉得不太推荐。我们订的 55 美金一晚上，这个价格再加一点都可以住安娜酒店了，服务环境要比这个好很多。

The atmosphere, lovely breakfast

Our stay at this property was very disappointing. The staff were consistently unfriendly and unprofessional, which affected our whole experience. The room had a password lock, but we couldn’t access it despite many attempts. When we asked for help, the staff refused to come up and kept telling us to “try again.” They only came after we went downstairs to insist, and then discovered the lock’s battery was dead. They replaced it without any explanation or apology, and their attitude stayed unhelpful. During our 4-day, 3-night stay, we were also told one morning that the hotel had no electricity. When we requested hot water, the staff told us to use the leftover water from the previous day and offered no alternative. The water wasn’t enough, and with the cold weather, this made our stay very uncomfortable. This property is priced higher than others in the area, so we expected better service. The staff clearly need more training — we came to relax, not to deal with unpleasant attitudes.

The breakfast was great, the staffs were very very friendly. My baby girl enjoyed very much, she played around at the garden every morning.

Es ist eine traumhaft schöne Unterkunft, die alle bisherigen Unterkünfte übertroffen hat. Man fühlt sich wie zuhause. Sehr freundliches Personal und leckeres Frühstück, vor allem der Cappuccino. Das ganze Haus ist stilvoll und der Garten schön zum Entspannen.
