Location was perfect right opposite the bus station so no taxi needed. Robinson is a short took took ride away. Booking.com got the booking wrong but the staff resolved the problem quickly.

There was some confusion with the booking. What I selected in booking.com is not what was actually booked. Probably a booking.com glitch so the hotel cancelled the booking and offered an acceptable solution. The safe did not work and they could not fix it. However, the kind lady got me to lift one from another room and put the broken one in their room. (I have now returned all the money and passports from the swapped safe (kidding 😉) The coffee machine didn't work so ..... yep .... same solution as above 😀. However the supplied coffee pods were horrible Apart from that the staff were really lovely and happy to find solutions for problems.

My standard room was very spacious. Bed linen and towels were beautifully fresh. The bed was so comfy i overslept! Front office staff and concierge were polite and helpful. Excellent value for money. I will most definitely stay again.

The TV channels were limited....only a few Thai channels. Front office staff English language skills could be improved, although with the help of Google Translate we were able to communicate!

This place was absolutely lovely! Very clean, nice staff, luxurious atmosphere. And for that price - I've never seen anything like it!
