The WiFi didn’t work and when I. asked at reception all they did was give me the passwords Then they told us only one device is allowed when I told them that I was the only one trying to use it so they told us that they would try to fix it but they never got back to us and none of the staff speak any English I was lucky as my wife speaks Thai but it would be very difficult with out some knowledge of thai

Excellent hotel, probably the best I stayed in at this price point. I would rate it at truly 4 stars

The bus station across from the hotel is a bit dingy, but didn't cause any problems
