I like staff behaviour and location that's it

I don't like their facilities in bathroom and and also their room's

The only plus was location

The Air Conditioner was not working properly. Bathroom was smelly even with so called fresh room. The lights were so dim that I got strain in my eyes. The internet was pathetic. No power sockets to charge your phone.

They didn’t tell us about the cancellation of the booking before. We booked the hotel and when reached late night, they told us due to a group coming today, we cancelled all late night bookings. But where is customer?? Who inform us??

Had a fantastic experience staying at Hotel Crown Inn Multan. The rooms were clean, spacious, and air-conditioned, with all the modern amenities I needed. The hotel staff was polite, helpful, and responsive to all my requests. I especially appreciated the 24/7 front desk service, free WiFi, and room service.

Common washroom can can be improved.

5 Stars Had a great stay at Hotel Crown Inn Multan! Clean rooms, friendly staff, and a great location near all main attractions. Service was excellent and the food was delicious. Highly recommended for a comfortable and affordable stay in Multan.
