The hotel location is very good. At the same time, it's quiet as well as accessible very easily. The staff was extremely welcoming & cooperative. Rooms were clean and well maintained.

It was an extraordinary experience! Initially, I was a bit skeptical because the road leading to the hotel was in poor condition. However, once I entered the hotel premises, the hospitality was remarkable. The room selection process went smoothly, and when I wasn't satisfied with the view from my room's balcony, they immediately changed my room and even helped with moving the luggage. In the evening, they offered complimentary tea and popcorn, which made for a delightful experience, especially with the view from the balcony. The room was well-equipped with all the essentials, and despite being a hilltop hotel (where resources are often limited ) it didn't feel like it at all. There was plenty of warm water available. The manager was extremely kind and polite, and the room service staff were very helpful and attentive. The food I ordered from their restaurant was delicious and well-prepared. Overall, it was an exceptional stay and one night felt like a whole week of relaxation. I will definitely book here again and highly recommend their hospitality to others. They truly lived up to their 9 rating on booking.com.

Exceptional Stay at Ayubia – Highly Recommended! I recently stayed at a hotel in Ayubia and was thoroughly impressed by the experience. The hotel itself was neat, clean, and well-maintained, offering a serene and peaceful environment. The courteous staff went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. One of the highlights was the food – freshly prepared and absolutely delicious, adding to the overall experience. As I visited during the off-season and booked in advance via BDC, I was charged regular rates. However, I was later offered significantly reduced rates for similar-quality hotels due to the off-season, but I chose to stay. This decision was largely influenced by the professional behavior and hospitality of Mr. Bilal, whose courteous and smiling demeanor, along with his team, made a lasting impression. My stay was enjoyable, relaxing, and very comfortable. Thanks to Mr. Bilal and the exceptional staff, I can confidently say that this hotel is highly recommended for anyone visiting Ayubia!
