Location is good

I was disappointed with the staff’s attitude from the beginning, especially the young woman from shop. I booked the room specifically because it included a fridge, but the fridge only works when you are inside the room, which makes it impossible to keep things cold. Fridge was warm. When I asked her very kindly if this could be fixed, ( i even translate her on thai language) young woman read it and just left the room. I waited about an hour and a half in room sitting thinking she will come back with an answer, but nothing happened. When I went downstairs, it seemed like no one had followed up. They didn't care at all. I was waiting for nothing. The staff were not very welcoming during my stay. The only helpful person was the gentleman who eventually resolved the issue at the end and I appreciate his help, but i would not come back here.

Sama lokalizacja fantastyczna,zaraz przy plaży. Obsługa sympatyczna,raczej nikt nam nie przeszkadzał. Po przyjeździe osoby pracujące w hotelu pomogły nam wnieść bagaże. Łóżka wygodne i pościel czysta. Z okna widziałyśmy plaże

Brak śniadań w cenie. Zdjęcia nie odzwierciedlają do końca już wizualnego aspektu pokoju,a przynajmniej nam się taki trafił. Zastałyśmy pokaźnego grzyba na ścianie pod prysznicem i trochę pajęczyn w łazience. Pomimo pozostania na wyspie dłużej postanowiliśmy zmienić obiekt na inny

Location and staff. Right near the beach and town centre. Great bar/restaurant nearby called Talay Bar. Great food, atmosphere and staff.

Overpriced in my opinion and we paid for two rooms because they were advertised as single occupancy but when we got there we could have shared as it was a large double bed in each room with two towels, cups etc. so paid double what we needed to.

This place has everything you need (or at least it had everything I needed): a clean bathroom with all the essentials, a big comfy bed, a mini fridge that's working at all times... I couldn't ask for more. All the employees are super friendly 🫶🏻 Also, the location is perfect! Took me less than 1 minute to go to the beach and enjoy the most beautiful dawn I've ever seen (I'll leave the picture for y'all)

1) The place is not new, but that wasn't an issue for me. 2) I could hear all the neighbors from the corridor and surrounding rooms. Thin walls, I guess.
