Atlas Hotel Islamabad

Hotel is in poor shape. Very old and cheap wibes. Lift was out of order when i arrived and manager tried to dodge me by down grading my room to 1st floor deluxe room which has no window absolutely and room was very congested. When i complaint then manager said lift is not working and ur executive room is on 3rd floor. Breakfast was average. No option of fresh or any kind of juices. Chicken jalfrezi was cold. Parthas had bad oil smell. Disappointed over all

Awesome location!! The owner was extremely hospitable throughout. the rooms, washroom and overall hotel was clean and well kept. The breakfast service was delicious and timely. All the room services were quick. The front desk manager, Mr.Sheraz , made sure all our demands were fulfilled, and the facility of rent-a-car was also available. Overall the entire staff and the management made our stay super comfortable and memorable. Highly recommended for families.👍

The customer services of specially one individual, Shiraz was fabulous. The room on night 1 was amazing and well upto the mark. The room on night 2 was average

Room on night 1 had Aircon breaker failure multiple times across night. Also the smoking smell was terrible. Room on night 2 had few issues with water dripping from muslim shower making a wet floor and cockroaches were seen at few places inside the room. The cigarette smoke smell was again unbearable at times
