The Malika Hotel - SHA Extra Plus

Mit dem Taxi zum Karon Beach und zurück war teuer und schwierig.

The rooms, pool and grounds were exceptionally clean. The pool was such a lovely way to beat the heat, being right in the city and not as close to the water. It was big, clean and the right temperature. They even have a little 'beach' area with sand and lounge chairs. Our room was on the first floor and behind some hedges so it provided an excellent source of shade and privacy.

The staff, albeit friendly, weren't exactly helpful. We had a few requests, such as renting bikes, an iron and ironing board and laundry, all of which they couldn't fulfill. Although the private patio was lovely, the chairs had no cushions (I saw other units with cushions) so they were pretty uncomfortable to sit on. The air conditioning unit in the room wasn't very strong and made loud noises so it was fairly hot in the room unless left on all day (which you can't do when your key is out of the holder).

Tranquillité assurée, à seulement 600 mètres du centre-ville de Phuket, tout en étant en retrait de l’agitation.

Lokalita v townu. Velmi klidná a líbilo s enám blízkost Old Townu a možnost pozorvat místní život. Prostředí hotelu hezká zahrada, skvělý velký bazén, měli jsme pokoj v přízemí hne u bazénu s teráskou.

Wij verbleven hier nu voor de tweede keer. Het is een heel fijn hotel vlakbij old town. Prima ruime kamers.

Een tv op de kamer zou fijn zijn.

Very quite and well kept hotel

Advertised as adult only but was not

Das Zimmer war geräumig und mit direktem Anschluss zum Pool. Das Zimmer wurde täglich gut gereinigt. Auch das Personal habe ich als äusserst freundlich empfunden. Es liegt nicht auf der Badeseite von Phuket, das habe ich aber bewusst so gewählt, da danach noch 2 Wochen Inselleben kamen. Man erreicht mit dem Grab in etwa 25 Minuten das Cape Panwa am Strand.

Die Lage war eher etwas abgelegen und der Zugang meist nur durch einen Hintereingang / eine kleine Gasse möglich.
