Le taille du lit 1 place est vraiment très très petit… Un peu trop petit. L’insonorisation des chambres et les voisins sans aucun respect à faire du bruit jusqu’à pas d’heure, la chambre 14 principalement… Le bruit venant de la chambre 10 le matin (7h) a s’embrouiller dans le couloir…

Il fatto che in reception non ci sia nessuno... aprono dalle 15.00 durante la notte assenza totale di assistenza... una mia amica ha avuto un problema con la tessera... smagnetizzata... e se non fosse per la finestra dimenticata la mattina aperta avrebbe dormito in corridoio...

Obiekt bardzo dobry. Cisza spokój restauracja, basen, sauna, miejsce parkingowe itd

Some spa facilities and breakfast were OK

It's just ridiculous. Any day, no matter if it's a weekday or weekend, reception opens at 14.00, although it says 8.00, everywhere. They don't tell you, when you check in that you practically won't be able to do anything that you might need assistance with before 14.00. They put me in room 10 - try to avoid it at all costs - and I was woken up the following morning at 8.00, on a Saturday, by very loud electronic music and a very strong bass. Turned out that was coming from the boxing room where they had trainings, with music. Went down, told them to turn it down or off, but nothing happened. Until the afternoon, the windows were shaking with bass. Went down to the spa to get away from the noise, turned out, only the hotel reception can give you towels, from 14.00, the spa reception can't. Once I ran back to get my own towel, I went to the spa, where I was rudely told off for wearing flip-flops next to the swimming pool. Later, I saw the sign, but I've never experienced it anywhere, to have to take off flip-flops around a pool, especially when it's wet and overly slippery. And expecially when the pool guy is wearing slippers/flip-flops. For the robe you have to pay 100 PLN as a deposit, and you have to check out at 11.00, but reception opens, again, at 14.00. You have to call a number for trying to make sure you'll get your - quite a big amount of money as a deposit for a robe with holes on it - 100 PLN back. And loads of other things, staff speak little or zero English, ants in the room, leaking shower booth, etc., I'm just running out of characters. It could be a very nice place in the right hands, it just seems there's no concept behind Concept now, at all! Big shame! And it's such a shame too, that I can't attach the pics I took

Niestety nic mi się podobało.

Brak możliwości korzystania z basenu. Basen jest wykorzystywany do nauki pływania dla dzieci. Jedzenie jak dla koloni. Hotel jest dla zgrupowań sportowych a nie dla gości. Parking zapchany samochodami zawodników I rodziców którzy przyjeżdżają ćwiczyć cały dzień na obiekcie. Widok z pokoju albo na dach albo na boisko. Korytarze jak zygzaki, nie da sie korzystać z windy. W hotelu śmierdzi chlorem z basenu. W jacuzzi siedzą osoby nie będące gośćmi hotelowym. Obiekt nie ciekawy. Nie polecam.

Просторий номер, гарне спа і басейни(включені у вартість),смачні сніданки, велика територія, багато розваг для дітей, великий паркінг
