Een modern hotel dat meer bedoeld is voor proffecioneel, of doorreis gebruik. Het hotel heeft voldoende parkeer gelegenheid aan het hotel, is netjes en heeft alles wat en hotel hoort te hebben. Een goed ontbijt, met voor ieders wat. Het hotel is goed onderhouden en hygiënisch.
