The staff were excellent and very easy to talk to. The facilities were great.

We stayed for 6 days at this property. There is no Reception, there is only the owner (who is running the rooms and the restaurant in the ground floor) so for anything you need you have to contact him.The neighborhood is a bit weird especially at night.Room was spacious, bed was extremely comfortable. Room were cleaned daily and 2 bottles of water ( very small ) every day

We didn't like at all that they don't accept credit card payment. We also didn't like that when we arrived at the hotel, the owner insisted that we have to pay cash directly (Thai money only) before we even entered the room... so he obliged me to take me with his motorbike to a currency exchange. There was an awful smell in the bathroom, the towels were old and worn, and the shower was in poor condition. We also didn't like that we were noticed that we hung the beach towels on the balcony to dry but to go to the roof of the building....

**I'll tell you everything just to clarify 1-There is no room service, which means that the hotel guest will carry the travel bag himself, even if the room is on the third floor, or another person can be hired to carry the bags for a fee 2-The hotel is far from Bangla Street, known for night bars, you will walk a minute until you arrive 3-There is no elevator 4-There is no tea or microwave Finally, thank you, Mr. Frank, you have been wonderful and kind
