Friendly staff, clean rooms, location,great food

Minor qualms Only one bottle of filtered -not mineral- water in the room for 4 people and with 32 degrees Celsius outside. Unresolved question of the parking lot - you have to pay extra 20 PLN a day because it belongs to the skansen not the hotel, strange...

Good place for family with kids a lot of activities for them Very nice cleaning staff and great breakfast area team

The management should train their staff how to talk to customers ( front desk)
