RUDE BEHAVIOR OF THE ADMINISTRATION!!!

DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! I booked for 03/29/2024 and indicated that I would be there at 00.00. Upon arrival, I found that the hotel was completely dark. When I went in and turned on the light at the reception, I did not find anyone, and there was no one else in the hotel. After dialing the intercom, they did not answer for a long time, and finally a sleepy voice said that there were no vacancies. We said that we had booked through booking and had a reservation number. To which we were told that the hotel was closed. The hotel withdrew the money on 04.04.2024, only five days later, for services not provided, and does not want to return it!!!

"Dual feelings - no one expects, but the hotel is good."

I arrived at the hotel around 20:30 There was no one at the reception, everything was closed. No information about where the room keys are or how to get in there. I had to walk around the hotel and look for someone who can call the receptionist who has gone home. It's good that such a person appeared. He called the receptionist and found out where the room keys were. Otherwise everything was fine.

I like the quality-price raport, the fact that the administration staff speaks English, the prompt response to our questions and the diverse breakfast.

The hotel is 20 minutes far from the main road and the central area.
