The room was clean. Staffs were friendly and helpful.

Sometimes the maid forgot the toilet mat. And in front of the alley, there are construction in progress so the road was very rough and it was often noisy

The location is good based on what I want. Not recommended for a long stay though.

It is cash basis and I do not bring cash.

It is very close to Mahidol University and is the best choice for new student. The environment of the room and the service of the staff are very good. There is a 711, snack street in front of the hotel, everything is very convenient.

This place ticks all the boxes some big hotels can't. Quiet efficient aircon, comfy bed, large refrigerator, kitchen area with small table and 2 chairs, small sofa, good shower with plenty of hot water. The electronic security system was good.

Only one tiny observation: shower curtain could be replaced more often.
