Le lieu historique est très beau mais mal entretenu au global Notre chambre n’était pas propre ( moquette sale avec des peluches noires sur moquette claire ) petit coin d’herbe devant la baie vitrée mal entretenu Rideau sale … Installations vieillottes alors que l’écrin est magnifique

L’accueil plus que limite avec une personne au bureau qui n’a pas fait bcp d’effort, pluie diluvienne dehors, explications succinctes et nous a laissé nous débrouiller : parking bagage chambre ce qui n’est pas digne d’un 5 étoiles..: Personnel du petit déjeuner charmant En chambre on nous a apporté une assiette avec 3 gâteaux mais avec le cello frais dessus… Les salons de la pousada ne sont pas mis en valeur Les chambres design sont tristes Il ne manque pas grand chose pour améliorer le tout !!! Sol près de la piscine très glissant
