Da localização e do espaço do apartamento e conforto das camas

A cozinha muito mal equipada com pouca louça e fogão misto a gás e elétrico mas a parte a gás não funcionava,(pois nem tinha fornecimento de gás).

Simpatia do staff

Acesso ao parque é inexplicável, um SUV de tamanho pequeno para sair tem que fazer 3 manobras e com 2 cm para cada lado. E a limpeza deixou a desejar, mal se via para fora devido a falta de limpeza exterior das janelas.
