"Viihtyisä ja siisti, pieni hotelli"

Hotelli oli todella kaunis ja viihtyisä. Remontoitu kauniisti vanhaa kunnioittaen. Aamupala oli erittäin hyvä tämän kaltaiseen pieneen hotelliin, emme odottaneet paljoa, joten olimme positiivisesti yllättyneitä. Kaikki toimi hotellissa!

Hotellissa ei ollut henkilökuntaa kuin vain sisäänkirjautumisessa yksi henkilö jonka näimme muutaman minuutin ja aamupalalla työntekijä, joka ei puhunut sanaakaan englantia, mutta ystävällinen hän oli. Hotelliin ja kaikkialle kulkeminen on vaikeaa, bussit kulkee miten kulkee joten ainoat tavat kulkea oli: tuk-tuk, Bolt ja Uber. Tämä ei ole hotellin vika vaan ongelma yleisesti Sintrassa. Matka tuli kalliiksi kun kaikki matkat maksoivat paljon. Kannattaa tehdä pöytävarauksia ravintoloihin!! Saavuimme sunnuntai-iltana ja emme saaneet ruokaa enää mistään, lähellä oli vain yksin ravintola auki sunnuntaisin ja se oli täynnä. Menimme taksilla keskustaan ja sielläkin kaikki paikat oli täynnä. Lopulta saimme yhdestä ravintolasta vähän syötävää, mutta sielläkin oli menulta lähes kaikki loppu. Mitään kauppoja ei ollut. Myös nähtävyyksiin kannattaa ostaa liput etukäteen!

Magnifique endroit pour être loin de l’agitation du centre de Sintra (le centre ville est à 15 minutes à pieds).

Lo que menos no gustó fue la ubicación. Está cerca del Palacio Da Pena, pero lejos del centro y resto de las cosas.

Lovely peaceful location about a 20 min walk from Sintra historic centre and also a steep 20 min walk from Pena Palace. It felt a very local area with Portugese families meeting up for family events in some of the local restaurants. So much calmer than central Sintra. Nicely decorated, airy room and a lovely breakfast. Easy to leave bags for the day too

It would have been great to have a kettle in the room
