"De accommodatie oogt prinselijk maar je wordt zo niet ontvangen!"

Het is allemaal erg mooi gedecoreerd! En ligt wel goed als je Pena palace en Sintra te voet wil doen . Naar Monsserat gingen we met auto ..

Personeel is niet echt vriendelijk( ofwel verstaan niet voldoende Engels en komt het zo over) ? Bv info over automatisch deurtje is niet duidelijk .. Bv We bestelde fles cava voor bij ontbijt voor verjaardag… waren ze vergeten, moesten er zelf achter vragen , kregen de fles met een (voor cava niet nodig !!) kurkentrekker … en dan moesten we nog eens vragen of we glazen konden krijgen !? De bekleding van het bed aan de hoofdzijde ruikt muf ! En er was een lek in de badkamer …

O charme do hotel e cama confortável. Pequeno almoço pequeno, mas com boa qualidade

O quarto é mesmo muito pequeno e a cama também. O preço é um pouco excessivo.

Magnifique boutique hôtel comme dans une maison chaleureuse emplacement de rêve au calme au cœur de tous les palais

Un petit détail … que l on ne vous dit pas lors de votre arrivée et c est bien dommage … si vous n accrochez pas l étiquette faire ma chambre à votre porte de chambre … vous aurez la surprise de ne pas avoir votre chambre faite . Un peu léger pour un hôtel trois étoiles …

Old world charm, staff were above kind and helpful. The third floor library was a wonderful find. I would book next time I come to Sintra. Location and property are amazing.

The breakfast room could use a paint job as some paint was peeling.

"Nice style, small pool"

Nice style and comfortable rooms, has a small swimming pool.

It is quite small and the pool is also quite small, not to complain but just to manage the expectations. The breakfast was quite limited and it was only inside (no outdoor seating as the photos might have shown).
