The staff was very nice and friendly, the hotel is very easy to get around

The wall is not sound proof, you can hear people from outside and other room

Room was very clean and well settled when I checked in. I did not ask for room cleaning as I preferred stay unbothered. However, every day the staffs kept leaving bottle water and clean towels outside the door, and never knocked the door during daytime unlike other hotels. I could feel they were quite considerate and respectful to my personal space during staying. I felt recharged while staying here and would like to consider again in my next trip to Chiangmai. Location is not in the crowded area but still walking distance to the shopping mall and main Nimman quarter.
