Localização: apesar de ser à beira de uma estrada principal, o imóvel tem boa insonorização pelo que não se ouvem os carros a circular. PA com variedade. Cama confortável. Muito boa limpeza das partes comuns (receção, refeitório, corredores, sala de convívio).

Chuveiro impossível de colocar pois o suporte era muito alto. Limpeza a fazer melhor atrás da mesinha de cabeceira e nos cantos do quarto e wc. O quarto não tinha cortinados.
