The smell of the smoke was passig through the aircon. Evening, night till morning. Also far from everything's. Also was hair on the shower sink

The hotel is in a great location, very convenient for getting around. The swimming pool is clean and well maintained. The breakfast is fresh and offers good variety. Overall, we had a very nice stay.

Schöne Anlage mit sehr schönen Pool

Zwei Dinge: Wir wussten nicht, dass es im Hotelressort seit einiger Zeit kein Restaurant mehr gibt. Auch in der näheren Umgebung gibt es kein Restaurant, zu dem man laufen könnte. Wer nicht mit dem Taxi zu Restaurants fahren wollte, musste über den Lieferdienst GRAB Essen in Plastikverpackungen bestellen. Außerdem hatten wir um eine zweite Bettdecke gebeten. Die sollte es allerdings nur gegen einen Aufpreis in Höhe von 300 Bat geben, was wir ablehnten. Nach einer erneuten Beschwerde am zweiten Tag sollten wir "ausnahmsweise" kostenfrei die gewünschte Bettdecke bekommen. Allerdings klappte das dann auch nicht.

The personell was very helpful and careing. During our trip on the Mae Hong Song Loop, we could use luggage storage in the hotel for free. Very priceworty stay. Recommendable.

Showering water was quite cold. A/C not possible to use for heating during low temperature evenings.

泳池很长很漂亮，宠物友好酒店。

酒店房间内有烟味。床品似乎很久没更换新的了 ，枕头非常非常臭的头油味。早餐也不怎么样

Very nice and quiet location, but for a city trip it's a bit too far out. The staff was super helpful. The room is beautifully furnished with a nice little balcony looking on the pool.

The sunbeds on the side by the pool needs a bit more care.
