Friendly and warm welcome. Helpfull staff. Spacious room with a nice view terrace and a comfortable bed. Cosy accomodation with a restaurant in the hotel. Calm atmosphere, also during the nighttime.

Not in the city centre, but accessable by the the bridge and not so far from the temples. Food and breakfast was mediocre, but okay. Price/quality could be better, but overall a good experience.

We tried to cancel, as our plans had changed. We never heard back from them after 2 attempts. When they say non-refundable, they mean it. I chalked it up to travel hiccups but it would have been nice to hear back from them. They are a bit non-communicative.
