Fantastic staff Great location Beautiful lobby area and hotel style

No shower only a bathtub

My husband and I absolutely loved the hotel’s aesthetic, design, and overall ambiance. The property is beautifully designed and has a charming, relaxing atmosphere. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming throughout our stay, and the hotel was spotless and very well maintained. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

The only downside was the breakfast selection. The options were quite limited and mainly catered to Asian tastes. As a result, I found myself having the French toast every morning during my three-night stay. A wider variety of international breakfast options would have enhanced the experience.

Awesome and very friendly staff. The breakfast was exceptional.

The chairs in the room needs an upgrade. Uncomfortable.

The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable, there was an air of generosity in the hotel with guests being able to help themselves to a range of snacks and a number of free activities including a tour of some temples with a knowledgeable guide and a cooking lesson. Nothing seemed a problem and our week there was very enjoyable.

The only issue for us as elderly guests was the very slippery steps into the pool.. it did not stop us from enjoying swimming in it.

The hotel is beautiful! The decor lovely, old world charm. Like a little oasis away from the busy city. Staff very friendly and helpful
