Conditii de lux si locatie grozava

Am fost in februarie, cand era frig afara. Am intrat in camera le la 17 si ceva, desi rezervarea fusese achitata si confirmata cu cateva ore iar in apartament erau 18,5 grade. Au dat drumul la caldura dupa ce le-am solicitat noi asta, telefonic. Cand am venit de la masa.erau 21 grade. Am dat mesaje insistent si am sunat de mai multe ori si ne-au tot promis ca urca la 22 grade caldura, insa nu am avut parte de caldura decat in jurul orei 22.00. Au motivat ca nu mergea repede incalzirea camerei pt ca nu mai fusese pornita de la Rev (desi aveau totul controlat dintr-o aplicatie, de la distanta, si temperatura ar fi putut fi setata la 22grade inca de la 17.30 cand le-am sunat prima data.. A apucat sa intre frigul in noi pana au urcat gradele in apartament. Am apreciat totusi ca dimineata ne-am trezit cu 22 grade si ne-a fost cald la somn. Poate vara nu fac aceeasi economie la curent, cu aerul conditionat. La banii dati pe cazare (680 lei doar pt dormit si un dus) meritam si 23 grade, darãmite 22. (Noi ne intorceam din Budapesta, unde o cazare de lux in buricul orasului ne-a costat 450 lei si am avut si capsule de cafea pt 2 zile si control absolut asupra termostatului). Am primit ei mesaj de multumire de la gazda dupa check-out, caci am lasat apartamentul curat si totul ok. Ca si comparatie, aceste informatii!

Calitatea si programele la TV cat si temperatura interioara neregrabila.

muy centrico con facil acceso. Check-in automatico por lo que no necesitamos esperar . Todo perfecto

Al entrar a la habitacion habia un fuerte olor a lejia. por lo demas todo OK

the lack of a coffee machine, even though there is a cafe downstairs. many people want to drink their coffee in peace as soon as they wake up before leaving the apartment. the lack of a TV in the bedroom, although there was a socket for it in the middle of the wall. it should be up to the customer whether or not to turn on the TV. but it should exist. and also, the cold in the cafe downstairs when I went down to get a coffee. The room was spacious with a nice design, the TV was smart, the location is right in the city center, there is a restaurant downstairs with great coffee.

It can be noisy during the night, at one time the restaurant staff was cleaning, moving furniture between 0 and 2 am.
