"Not what I was expecting"

Great location, excellent for a stopover. The restaurant and the food are really nice.

No tea/coffee in the room, sofa bed was not done for the kids, when I asked I was told to do it myself as "you have linen in the room". At breakfast, no interaction from the staff, no tea or coffee offered, had to go and ask despite being the only ones there. Housekeeping could do a better job.
