Very helpful staff

Perfektes Hotel, wunderschönes, sehr großes Zimmer mit Terrasse und zum Innenhof mit kleinem, hoteleigenen Cafe gelegen. Sehr ruhig, wir haben nur die Vögel zwitschern hören. Top Lage, besser geht es nicht! Sehr nettes Personal und absolut herausragendes Frühstücksbuffet!

Eigentlich war alles sehr gut - Frühstücksraum nicht ganz nach unserem Geschmack gestaltet - aber über GEschmack läßt sich bekanntlich streiten;-)

Hard to park car to bring in luggage. Someone was always smoking in the courtyard. You should ban smoking in the courtyard.

In diesem Hotel passt einfach alles, Zimmer, Design, Frühstück, Sauberkeit, zentrumsnahe Lage, Personal. Abends gibt es noch Getränke an der Bar. Für Personen wie uns, die mit dem Flugzeug anreisen, gibt es die Möglichkeit, tageweise ein Fahrzeug zu mieten, gut, unkompliziert und günstig.

Excellent location in the old town. We walked all around the area and it is a beautiful place to visit. The hotel staff were excellent and always tried to help. We found the bed very comfortable, though had to ask for extra pillows. Our main issue was the heat and stuffiness of the room which was okay when the window was open, but too noisy outside to leave open all night. The air conditioning didn't work because the hotel had not turned it to 'summer mode' and therefore only hot air was available. They put a fan in our room for the second night but it was broken. Breakfast was good and generally we enjoyed our stay.
