The location was perfect for an early morning train out of the city. Great to arrive at and a short distance by metro to the centre.

Unfortunately the queue was long for checking in due to a number of international guests who struggled with the local language so this was a slight problem. The receptionist was very good I think his name was Bogdan .

Basic hotel located right in front of the North train station (Gara de Nord) in Bucharest with a reception open 24/7, which is very convenient for an early morning/late night arrival or departure.

The single room that I had booked online was not longer available when I arrived and I was asked to pay for a double room. A more friendly and commercial gesture would have been for the clerk at the reception desk to admit that the hotel had failed to honor my reservation and not to charge me for the price difference.
