Got the best value for this place! It has a cozy interior and have an amazing view. It’s conveniently located(near Sun Plaza) and you also get the quietness away from the busy streets of the Sapa Center (Best of both worlds). It is an automated and self check in hotel but the butlers are just one chat away if you need anything. They are very kind and helpful. And its amenities are clean and complete. The owner made sure to make our stay comfortable and fun. She checks on us regulary on how we are doing and if we need anything which we appreciate so much. We definitely recommend staying at this hotel. You’ll surely be taken cared of. 😊

Very close walk to the centre and we were given early check-in and we could leave our luggage during our departure day and use the common area while waiting to leave.

Linen on bed felt clamy which made us question its cleanliness, the pillows had mould and other stains on them. There were only 4 low stools that had 3 legs so you had to be careful to sit straight on them or you'd fall off. The power point in the kitchen didn't work so if you wanted to cook or use kettle you had to do it next to the bed . We were on the lowest floor the view out the kitchen window was a concrete wall , in photos it was a view. One of the bathrooms had a leaking toilet so the floor was wet all time and slippery. It was cheap but very run down and not like the photos.

The room was most comfortable staff was awesome I got to use kitchen space after checkout also very supportive and love the interior
