The restaurant & food is excellent qualm& value

The food from the hotels retaurant was good a d had free parking.

The heating worked ocasionaly, the bed was really hard, the pillow with lumps, the batroom was especially bad, the floor on the shower cabin was broken and the shower head was dangling, the radiator for the towels was leaking, wifi didnt work at all and the cherry on top was the key card dint work anymore and we couldn't get in the room.

Great position. The rooms were big enough and comfortable. Many thanks to the nice people working there, particularly to Delia and Claudia.

The bathroom was not the best. Too many issues with the Electronic Keys.

The location of this hotel is very nice and looks very nice from outside but inside needs lot of tender love and care. There are no room on ground floor and the staircase is a nightmare to take your bags up the steep and about 50 steps to go up with. We had spiders in our room and they will not change our room . Also the shower on head did not work so we had to take shower by hand held shower which was very inconvenient. They did not even have breakfast which made things hard, the AC kept on coming on and off on its own all night I would not recommend this hotel for anyone to stay here unless it is free.
