LANTANA Hạ Long Hotel E409 SUNPLAZA Phố đi bộ, Bãi Cháy, Hạ Long

Really nice hotel - we think it's quite a newly built area as a lot of buildings were empty, however it felt really safe to walk around. 10 minutes from the beach and restaurants. Staff were nice and kept our bags for us as we did an overnight boat trip.

Breakfast could be improved - even just by having a few simple options

We were unfortunately sick during our stay but the staff took such good care of us. They brought us food to the room and even went out of their way to buy us bread, which they didn’t even let us pay. Very modern overall with all the amenities you need

Location: in the middle of a literal ghost town which attempts to resemble some kind of European city Hygiene: stains in bedsheets and on the walls Air conditioning: not very effective

the lady at the reception was really sweet and helped us with many things. the room was spacious and clean :)

Staff are very kind, the room had a large comfy beds and very clean!

The food in the restaurant downstairs could definitely be improved, especially where there aren’t any food options within a 5 min walk and they charge you corkage to bring in your own food and drink.

Was asked to confirm my stay the day of at 5pm otherwise it would be considered a no-show, which I found unfair since check-in was available until much later. Luckily I was able to respond an hour later when I had cell service
