I made a reservation for someone in my family. And they charged the price of the room ignoring the already existing reservation with done payment. Also uncertain instructions regarding the breakfast hours.

Приветливый персонал. Комфортный климат обдув воздуха в номере. Вкусный завтрак.

Поломанные ручки на окнах дверях. Вышла из душа, всё было залито водой. Пришлось мыть пол, чтобы подойти к унитазу, не став в лужу.
