Really noisy road and you hear every car and bike, through paper walls. Bed is really uncomfy, hard. But ok for one night.

A bit noisy from road and whe we stayed was a lot of kids 6-8 years who was run at downstairs till 00-00 And i heard everuthing from my room
DEGreat location as a stepping stone for going to the Islands, it was basic but the bed was incredibly comfortable and the bathroom was clean. The staff we met were friendly and the breakfast was good and everyone should try the made to order Roti 😋

We had to get taxis every where but used grab and it was 147 baht to the ferry terminal and same price for a half hour drive so it was very affordable.the menu on tables is only in Thai so difficult to communicate about certain things.
ESeverything was perfect. the kindness from the hostesses was amazing. the place was clean and verge bed super comfortable. also the breakfast was delicious!

ESWe needed a place to stay overnight in Surat Thani on the way from Bangkok to the islands and this hotel was everything you could need and more. Very clean and comfortable rooms and the staff went out of their way to help us arrange long distance transport, even though it was very last minute. Good breakfast was included. We booked it twice on separate occasions :)
Communication can be a bit tough in English, but then the same can be said for the whole area. We found Google Translate to be very helpful and everything worked out.
