"No water and poor service"

We did not have running water. The staff could have advised there was a plumbing issue at very minimum when we checked in. We asked the manager to contact us but no one has. When one pays for a hotel room, one expects there to be running water

It is a modern facility and the staff was very nice!

The light of the mini bar is too intense during the night! Luckily I had the eye sleep mask with me!

"A very good stay"

Super cozy, quiet and clean. The staff was super nice and professional. Also the breakfast was diverse and delicious. We had a lovely time.

The pillows were a bit uncomfortable.
