lovely dining and spa but shower had NO HOT WATER! we tried several times to get this fixed but in the end we had hot water for 2-3 min then ice cold. we had booked 3 nights but left after two - unacceptable - and we want you to refund us 3rd night. 2 days without a shower and we were there for a WEDDinG!!!!!
