Funky little place with friendly staff and clean rooms

I was on the top floor and Karaoke was pretty loud (and horrible) till midnight.

Bed was Hard but that's normal for SEA

It is new and clean.

Nice spacious room

The city itself was a bit empty, I recommend to stay in phong nha if you are going for the cave tours. The dog from the neighbors was a bit agressive and almost bit another guest

Located near the river, in a very calm street. The guy at the reception was extremely friendly and helpful. I thought i lost my ring, he went through security camera footages without me asking. Caves tours could be also easily booked via hotel, the price was very fair.

Room was small, floor was not very clean. The bedsheet or the blanket was poor quality which causes a lot of static electricity, it was quite unconfortable.
