"I will recommend this place but avoid the bar/restaurant unless changes have been done"

good location, nice pool, big rooms, friendly reception staff

The bar and restaurant are over priced, literally go down the alley and you pay 1/3 for a beer and food! no wonder there’s no atmosphere! The bar manager, which is the sister of one of the owners is very rude and should not work in a place like that! A bar with so much potential should be heaving every nite even when quieter season. Also morning and early afternoon play some chill music and not loud base music… Not impressed at all 🥴

Welcoming personnel and perfect location with nice swimming pool, in a street with cheap booking options and food.

In my dorm my shower was not working and the response rate on booking chat was really late.

"Could have been worse, but could have been A LOT better"

Beds were fine and it was clean Several pools and facilities to use in the different hotels Not that far from the beach Rooms were air conditioned (when they had fixed it) and it was okay silent

Horrible procedure both at check in and check out. Electricity went out in my room probably around 25 times before they fixed it. You don’t get any information about facilities and if you ask if they have a gym (since it says so here on booking.com), some employees say yes and some say no - and the final answer is no

"Decent stay, slightly overpriced for what it is."

Pool area is good, great for relaxing. Nice local restaurants nearby. Walk up to it is steep but fine.

Beds are not good. Gap in the balcony door that let bugs in. No free water (only hotel in SEA that hasn’t provided any) Also no bin in the room. Wi-fi went off sporadically.

We got an upgrade to the bliss hotel, which was very nice. Hotelroom with balcony with sea view. The staff was very helpful.

They don’t clean the room The prices for activities are higher then down the alley
