Great location, just a few minutes to the lake and close practically to everything.

Very basic facilities. No staff on site

Wszystko mi się podobało, choć mieliśmy pokój że skosami dachowymi na poddaszu. Na 1-2 dni jednak znakomity. Śniadanie wspaniałe i zróżnicowane. Wszystko świeże i do woli. Byłem w Paliciu kilka lat temu i teraz jest dużo lepiej.

Neudoban i uzak krevet, prozor koji se ne otvara - na A4 papiiru zalepljenom na prozoru pise Ne otvarati, konstatni zvuci u zidu tokom noci i jutra, soba koja ne lici na sobu, jer je 2/3 sobe kosi plafon visine 1,2 metra.

100 méter az állatkert, utca végén a palicsi tó, közel az éttermek, ingyenes parkolás. Reggeli a szomszédos hotelben, finom volt.

Klíma kicsit régi volt, sötétítő függvények kicsik..nem takarnak annyira jól.

Stayed in the hotel several times prior. Location is good. Some rooms we stayed in prior were of a good standard. Breakfast is good, chef was always very accommodating and prepared eggs to one of my party's preference. Very nice lady! Hotel clean throughout.

The rooms we stayed in were rather outdated, beneath the roof, so were slopy and had to mind the head. Wardrobe doors opened with great difficulty, potential finger trap, therefore didn't use them. 2 plug sockets totally broken, therefore unsafe. Bathroom outdated. Overall place requires updating. There is something to be said about the beauty of keeping decor with the charm of the property, but there comes a time when the charm turns into a more antiquated feel, not in line with what a tourist needs, when combined with safety issues. All of these issues were raised with the receptionist on duty - it appears she was aware of issues, but these clearly weren't addressed. As a person with a long involvement in the tourism industry, the advice and suggestion came from a good place. Relying on geographical location to secure guests, will not work long term - there are other great alternatives around.
